"Staff were tremendous"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Recently I attended at The Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline, Fife for a colonoscopy. I have to say the staff were tremendous, they were friendly, caring and explained everything thoroughly in terms I understood and made me feel at ease having never undergone any invasive procedure before.

The level of before and after care given was second to none. The specialist Dr Amin (pardon the pun, that’s his real name) was a nice, friendly guy who also made me feel at ease and talked me through the procedure as he was going. 5 Stars!

Dear EagleEye19

Thanks for taking the time to post on Care Opinion.

It was great to read that Mr Amin and our nursing staff gave you all the information that you needed and were able to support you well throughout your procedure.

I will share your post with them now and I am sure your kind words will make their day.

I hope you have recovered well

Kind regards

Gill
