"Head injury"

I had an injury to my head on the 23rd January and despite an ambulance being called, one did not come.

After two hours of waiting my friends finally cancelled it and took me to Clacton minor injuries unit .

The staff were wonderful and my care was amazing.

It was a very frightening experience but I was totally reassured and looked after by the member of staff who put in stitches. When I returned two days later to have the wound looked at,

I was called in on time and I am now returning to have the stitches removed.

I am very impressed by the whole unit's efficiency and care. Thank you.
