"Good clinic but hard to get an appointment"

Slots for appointments are released at 8.30 AM. If you call, you are usually put in the waiting line and takes at least 10 minutes to reach the operator, when basically all the appointments for the morning are booked. I suggest to book it online if possible. The nurse at travel clinic for vaccinations didn't explain me at all what she was doing, what I was getting and in which arms; she didn't even give me plasters at the end because she ran out of them.
