About: Spa Surgery

I am a State Registered Nurse and Midwife who qualified in UK many years ago and I worked within the primary health care for over 20 years prior to emigrating to Australia. I am currently visiting my family and was quite perturbed that my mother in law who identified as having a UTI with rigors and occassional urinary incontinence during her rigors was not offered a home visit. She contacted the surgery 2 days on the trot and spoke to 2 seperate Doctors who said if she had no pain there was nothing to worry about! An elderly lady who is housebound and unable to mobilise without assistance should have been offered a review surely.
