Receptìonist contradicting eachother.told my prescription had been sent to asda electronically only to find at asda no prescription because trammadol is a CD drug and cannot be sent electronically.by the time i sorted prescription i had run out of analgesia and was in alot of pain because it was out of my system (cracked ribs).i informed them on a Monday i needed another sick certificate told it would be ready tues am ,then tues pm finally picked it up wed am (eone staff member was very helpful and lovely) no doctor all day on wednesdays. Always see nurse practitioner- haven't got the authority to sign xray forms blood forms (so i was told)don't listen interrupt and very unhelpful. Always want to review meds- my medication is prescribed by consultants and i am on it for life??? What is the point.i have emailed a complaint to the practise manager and i have had NO reply.very unproffessional.i will speak to CQC. Jane gowens.
