I am using this forum as I have been called by phone regarding feedback. Nothing wrong with that, however, being profoundly deaf, automated calls are useless for me. Surely common sense with deaf patients, an email or text requesting this info would be more appropriate,
Having said that, the time waiting for an appointment to actually being attended to was outstanding. The Audiologist was very caring & efficient. Result? I received first class treatment with very satisfactory outcome. Thank you!
