Due to congnitive impairment I often need to ring reception to check times and dates of appointments etc and to get numbers for services at other hospitals who operate at Paulton.
The staff are very kind, patient and helpful.
I cannot thank them enough
Also when I attend appointments all staff are genuinely caring and kind thank you all
