"Falls short in patient care and information"

I tried to discuss both possible side effects and my medical records with the doctor. I was met with a dismissive attitude and rudeness. I have been in considerable pain for the last year and a half but at no point did I feel that there was any real concern or anxiety to help. I was not given any leaflet about my condition or names of support organisations. Before this last appointment I had a fairly high opinion of the doctor and put down the lack of care or pain management information to pressure of work and an influx of patients. I had previously raised the issue of my medical records with another doctor in the practice and had been met with what can only be regarded as evasion. I feel now a complete lack of confidence in the doctors. I was with my last practice for 24 years and was always treated with courtesy.
