About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I attended the Day Surgery Unit at Monklands Hospital for an oral procedure under general anaesthetic. From arrival to departure I found the Unit to be a very well run, efficient and professional service. All staff involved in my care were very friendly and clearly explained each stage of my procedure. I must also comment on the cleanliness of the department as every room appeared to be immaculate and well organised. 

I feel it's important to give feedback on positive experiences and must thank all the team for their part in my care.
