About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Breast surgery

Appointment at Bobby Moore clinic 24,1,18 should have received scan and results. Due to admin error no one available to do scan or givr results. I was given a further appointment Friday 26.1.18 for scan. Given a further appointment for Thursday 2 February which was cancellled today at 1620pm when I received a phone call saying admin error AGAIN no clinic and advised could I attend 30.1.18.However latest app available 14.30pm. Absolutely disgusting no considerationfor extra stress and inconvenience caused to parient.

I was so sorry to hear about your cancelled appointments and the evident distress that this has caused you. Please contact the Patient & Customer Services Department quoting reference PALS 1306 and we can find out what happened once we know who you are. I sincerely hope you have your results now and that they were what you hoped for.
