"Treated as a human being"

About: Solihull Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

In these days of constant criticism I would like to   thank all the staff in the endoscopy unit.   Despite it being early on Sunday morning, they were friendly, smiling and took a lot of time to explain procedures, possible problems   and care in their work.   It was a real pleasure to be treated as a human being and I applaud the staff who can keep up this level of professionalism whilst under the pressure of seven days a week care.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding the care and treatment you recently received in the Endoscopy Unit at Solihull Hospital.

I will forward your posting to the senior management team for the Unit and ask that it shared with the staff, whom I am sure will be delighted to read your positive comments.

Once again, thank you for your feedback, which is very important to us as a Trust.

Best wishes

Miss J. Langham
