"Excellent service once again"

We were delighted once again with the service provided at The Queen Mary Maternity Unit at West Middlesex hospital.

The midwife saw us almost immediately after checking in and she displayed a great sense of compassion. She treated us with respect and provided reassurance in a time of need. She was very professional and provided sound advice.

It’s very easy for people to take the NHS for granted and it’s important to acknowledge the dedication and commitment of our health care professionals - we are very lucky to have this service.
