"Kind and helpful staff for heart bypass surgery"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Cardiothoracic Surgery

(as a service user),

365 days ago, I was in Edinburgh RI on ward 102 for a Heart Bypass.

I was well look after from my entry to the Ward to leaving after the operation.  Mr Zanvar was the surgeon and his team spoke to me prior to having surgery and they were all very helpful and kind - I am so sorry I cannot remember their names.

The nursing staff looked after me very well after the operation, I cannot fault them and only have praise for their work. I tell everyone that asks that the NHS should be applauded for their dedication and care. For what is quite a major operation I have only positive feelings about the procedure. I am sorry I also cannot remember the nurses names.

Thank you so much for your assistance and kindness.
