"A shambles of a practice"

Here I will list the number of things I despise about the practice

1) Rude receptionists and staff taking phone calls.

2) Can never get an appointment.

3) Went to collect repeat prescription - told it hadn’t been authorised. No phone call. Nothing.

4) Always running behind. Last year one doctor was over an hour behind.

5) If I ring at 8 like being told to, I can be waiting for 20 minutes.

Have hated the practice for a number of years and now looking to move.
