On the 19th January I attended an appointment in the Hysteroscopy department and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with all the staff I came into contact with. The procedure I had was not a pleasant experience to say the least but every single nurse, receptionist and consultant I saw was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the experience much more bearable. I would particularly like to mention the two nurses who stayed with my during the procedure as they were amazing and very supportive.
With all the bad press around the NHS and hospitals at the moment I think it's a testament to the dedication and genuine compassion of your staff that I had such a positive experience. Well done Barnsley Hospital!!
