"Skin osteotomy surgery"

I went for my operation in January obviously feeling a bit anxious about having a general anaesthetic. The nurses were brilliant at Cannock hospital, they made me feel reassured and as though I was there only patient. One in particular whose name I think was Sarah, I made a point of telling her that she was a natural at her profession and that she had a genuine warmth, I also said as I keep telling my daughter who is studying to be a midwife that not everyone in the caring profession cares.

She stood out from the rest, I particularly took note of her hand over care procedure as nothing was missed about my care.
