"Excellent service"

I attended the clinic for the first time with some suspect skin patches on my back. I was hugely impressed by the expertise of the consultant who was able to quickly analyse the problem (and share the analysis with the younger trainee in attendance). He then thoroughly explained the course of action that was to follow and I felt very reassured by his skill and professionalism.

There was the forecast wait (not surprising) before a biopsy was done.The staff in the treatment room were again thoroughly professional . They explained every stage of what was to follow and were friendly and efficient throughout.

I left the department full of admiration for the work they do.
