"Twenty two years and counting"

For over twenty two years these amazing teams at St Helier renal unit have blessed me. From diagnosis through dialysis to transplantation they have been there for me and every four months or so they call me in to make sure that the transplanted kidney is behaving.

The professionalism of the doctors and genuine caring attitude I've experienced has helped me through the difficult times when results haven't been great, they have also shared with me the joy of good results.

From reception to meeting up with my consultants, though the faces have changed the attitude and care has not, always friendly, always uplifting.

I am so thankful to everyone for their kindness. Keep going, you are doing a fantastic job and I thank God that you are there.
