About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted for day surgery on my knee. I was met promptly by friendly nursing staff who were throughout very attentive, they made me instantly feel welcomed and valued.

The nursing staff were working non stop attending to lots of patients but did not once show their exhaustion and remained upbeat and helpful throughout.

The surgeons were also very friendly and took the time to explain in detail about the procedure and listened to any queries I had, I was very happy with the care I received and all the staff were friendly and worked extremely hard.
