"Sinus op"

About: Highfield Hospital

I had a sinus op.

I can't judge whether the op was successful as my symptoms have continued though the scan showed a problem that I had no symptoms for but which was treated.

It's strange I know.

The problem I have is the consultant had very poor communication skills.

I did not feel listened to or given enough information about my condition.

He got impatient when I asked for clarification, which is why I would not recommend the hospital.

I am being referred again so I will choose another hospital, hope to have better communication with the Consultant, and I intend to be more proactive in presenting my symptoms and insisting on clarification.
