I have been a patient at this practice for 11yrs, but have become increasingly disappointed with the provision.

The Dr's seem to change regularly and I rarely get to see the same one twice....that is if I can manage to see one at all! I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to pre-book an appointment for my day off in the week for over 2 weeks now, and still no further forward. Not everyone can call at 8.15 on the day to try to grab one of the last minute slots that are released. Why can I not book an appointment for my day off one or two weeks in advance? The only one I have been offered is a month away. I am sadly considering moving to another practice.
