"Fantastic service!!"

I was overwhelmed by the fantastic service my daughter and I received after a recent scary experience. One female doctor who helped calm and reassure, organising a plan of what to do next was so kind and helpful. We then had an appointment where a male doctor not only helped at the appointment but also provided information to read via text after the appointment finished. I found this very helpful. I was then offered an appointment to follow all of this up by the same doctor and he was brilliant, not only checking she was ok but that I had recovered from the scary episode she had. I feel very lucky to have such a great surgery and group of doctors on my door step. Thank you very much. P.s I was disappointed to see that I couldn’t put the doctors names in this review so have sent a card to the surgery to also thank them personally. I hope this is noted on their records. Thank you.
