"Appointment with consultant"

I had an appointment for 1515 in oxford Ward with surgery consultant.i arrived early at 1430 checked in at reception who was so friendly and helpful and pointed in direction of oxford ward waiting area .the nurses there again friendly smiling helpful .i was seen by the consultant 30 mins earlier than my appointment time brilliant !! The consultant was proffessional friendly and put me at ease straight away .

Well done Hereford county hospital and all your staff excellent service and the hospital spotless .no problem parking and every facility avail .
