About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / Plastic surgery

I had the removal of a basal cell carcinoma above my right eye carried out on 28/11/2017. The whole experience was carried out in a professional, friendly and caring manner.From my initial consultation right through to the removal of the stitches and my final patient review I was given a personal service which was a credit to the RVI and the health service.

Thank you for taking the time to write in and thank the Directorate for the care and treatment you received whilst under the care of the Plastic Surgery Department at the RVI in Newcastle.

It is always good to get positive feedback from patients when things have gone well.

The clinical and administration staff work hard to provide an excellent service, we are sure they will appreciate your praise which helps to motivate them in continuing to provide the same level of care to all of our patients.
