"What has happened to our surgery?"

About: St. Mary's Island Surgery

I really do not have a problem with the Doctor it is more the reception staff who seem to think that they allowed to speak to patients how they like. I recently needed a repeat prescription rather quickly, I admit I didn't realise I was almost out of one of the drugs I take(mainly due to the fact another drug is in similar packaging) so when I asked if it would be possible to pick up the prescription the next day I was rudely told that I shouldn't have let it get so low and prescriptions take 48hours to get signed I said fine I'll pick it up on Saturday

we are not open on Saturdays came the reply. No that's why I ask if I could collect the prescription the next day Friday. Oh well I will have to ask the doctor the receptionist said. Needless to say when I went back the next day my prescription wasn't there. In fifteen years of having been a patient I have never been treated so badly.
