About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

My experience was an incredibly positive one. The lady I saw made me feel comfortable and safe from my first session. She was kind and I can't thank her enough for her support during my sessions. The only thing I would say that would improve the sessions were if they were longer than 30 minutes. 45 minutes to an hour would have been preferable as the time went incredibly fast.
