About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 12)

(as the patient),

how is anyone supposed to get breathing tests done at hairmyres? my appointment has been cancelled several times and I've been told it's because they have moved. that's fine but to then be cancelled again because the department was not ready and had to be refurbished - why? why move a department before doing essential work ?

at a appointment yesterday I asked about the "new" department and was told that it was no where near fit for purpose again WHY? who makes these decisions

I have COPD and cant get an appointment that I need ??

I hope that this whole shambles is investigated

my faith is lost
