"Secretaries are the rudest"

No accurate information given on the phone at any time, for any service you request. Secretaries are rude, they speak with an annoyed tone all the time and give you dry answers, like you are some kind of disgrace. Furthermore, facilities are old and smelly (see the waiting room for example).

If you try to book an appointment over the phone they will tell you to come in person, making you waste time (their website says you can book gp appointments over the phone).

There’s always a huge queue even to get a simple blood test.
