"Excellent care"

I would like to express my thanks for the fantastic care of my granddaughter, Georgia. When we arrived at A/E late afternoon on 13/1,I feared I may have a battle to persuade staff that she was very unwell, and was so delighted to have an instant and accurate assessment by the triage nurse, who whilst reassuring us, took Georgia to resuscitation room. As a doctor myself I could not fault the standard of care by all the A/E staff involved in her care, and subsequently by the paediatric ward. At a time of unrelenting pressure on medical services it was lovely to see not only high medical standards but also cheerful and caring staff. Thank you so much, you really are appreciated.
