I attended the minor injuries dept on Sunday evening. I gave details to the receptionist who was focused and very professional. I was then seen by a nurse quickly. She was very professional and attentive, She gave me the reassurance I needed. She checked me over and dealt with my injury.
I was completely satisfied with this very warm and efficient service. I was given a leaflet to re confirm what she had explained to me.
A very BIG thank you.
