"11 out of 10"

For the past twelve months my wife has had to visit depts various throughout the hospital and unfortunately this may well be the pattern for 2018.Everytime we have had to attend for an appointment we have been met with smiles and courtesy from the people manning the Ask Me desk at the entrance to each and every staff member in various depts.OK sometimes we have had to wait longer than the appointment time said ,but, the hospital is not alone in this ,it also happens at our fabulous doctors at Park View practice in Reddish and at our dentists.....but back to Stepping Hill......compared to our previous hospital in Tameside this hospital genuinely rates 11 out of 10 across the board.
