"Got forgotten"

About: Broadgreen Hospital

Had an appointment for a hearing test on Monday 15th at 3:30pm to see if I need an operation.1 hour after arriving I asked how long the delays as people arriveing an hour after me had been seen only to to told there isn't any delays. Reception staff didn't know why I had been forgotten about. Ask a doctor she took me in a room looked my ears but needed me to have a hearing test , so I have to go back in 6 months. Had 3 text to remind me of the appointment+ test and to be on time only not to have one. No explanation. Extremely poor service
