"Very poor service"

It is to my understanding that a doctor is there for you when you are sick and need to talk to. But this surgery doctor hasnt got the time of day for you. Ive seen him a few times with quite bad problems and he has done nothing to help me at all which then resulted to me ending up in basildon a&e where i was seen and treated.

He doesnt listen nor seem the slightest bit interested in your problems.its as though he googles your symptoms then tells you you have to let it run the course which in my case having chest and stomach pains with very bad diarrhoea and lossing one and a half stones in 1 week is impossible to deal with and wait until its run its course. This surgery with the exceptions of one doctor is a shambles. this doctor is the one to see but unfortunately is only available mondays and the odd thursdays which is not very good as you cant get an appointment with her for weeks.
