(as a relative),

An ambulance was called to my home because my husband was having a heart attack. The crew were so good they treated my husband and made sure he got to the hospital alive. I would like to express our gratitude. I called 111 and after advice was told an ambulance would be arriving soon, they did arrive and quickly responded to my husbands needs, and saved his life.

Dear Acraddock

Thank you so much for posting this positive feedback which has been shared with the Ambulance Service. I am pleased to read that following the advice given by 111 that an ambulance arrived promptly and that your husband got the care and treatment needed.

I am sure the service will want to join me in hoping that your husband continues to have speedy recovery from his heart attack, and that he is now well on the road to recovery.
