"Great care by the doctor"

About: Aylestone Health Centre

The doctor listened & spent a long time taking s full history from me of headaches I’ve been suffering from for years. He explained why previous diagnosis was likely incorrect (which I had thought anyway!) and took a course of action/meds which solved my problem. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Overall surgery staff very friendly, I just wish I didn’t feel like I was on a challenge ganeshow trying to get an appointment... (obviously this isn’t just for this surgery).

I will pass on your comments to the GP and practice staff.

We have tried to increase our GP and Nurse appointment availability and have added extra clinical sessions at the practice.

Whilst we endeavor to provide an efficient service to our patients, at times patients will be asked to contact the local CCG Hubs which have

clinicians available to see patients daily. This service is designed to help GP practices meet the needs of patients needing access to clinicians, and

our patients have found this to be very useful.
