"Massive thanks to the staff of Ward d42."

I was brought in last week with pneumonia. The staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and every patient seemed to get pampered. As well as having my every need seen yo, I was entertained as well as cured and the nurses were always smiling. This was despite the fact that a lot of them were doing 13hr shifts and longer. Well done and once again a Masssive Thank You. Overworked and underpaid xx Eileen Wright
