Firstly I have phoned for 3 days for an appointment and couldn't them today I rang and said my 10 year old had shingles's and was told the doctor will call you back, he did about 2 hrs later and said why I thought it was shingles's I told him my son had had shingles before and he had been seen by a pharmacist who confirmed it was the doctor said bring him down to the surgery so I got my son dressed and walked there, when I arrived the receptionist said oh you're too late now it has taken you an hr which it hadn't and even if that were true I wasn't given a time limit by the doctor,as I said I don't have super powers I can't fly here in a minute,to get here so he won't see you now, no I'm sorry you're walked here with your unwell son ,she was just really abruptly said he won't see you, I asked her if after the next patient if he could just take a look and yes or no it would have took all of one minute she said no I'm not doing that. She couldn't have been ruder if she tried and was told to come back tomorrow even though the pharmacist said to me yesterday take him straight away because shingles can cause nerve damage, I won't be taking my child tomorrow, I'm changing surgeries I have had several problems with this surgery before so this just confirmed my discission to change surgery, last week I went to pick up a sick note and was told you can't till you have had blood tests done because of your diabetes, I don't and have never had diabetes and told them this, the receptionist a young girl who was helpful looked at my history and agreed I don't have diabetes but still the doctor made me go for blood tests before I could get my sick note
