"Fantastic hospital experience"

Everything about my treatment at Claremont has been exceptional.

I was seen by the consultant of my choice within a week. The outpatient department was pleasant and very efficient and the consultant was very friendly, professional and reassuring, I felt I was able to make the choices that were right for me with the right advice and good explanation from my consultant.

I required a scan which was done within days and I was admitted for surgery just 3 weeks after my first consultation.

Both in outpatients and during my stay in hospital I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect from all levels of staff from the receptionist, the domestic staff, the nursing, theatre and medical staff.....in fact everybody I met. I felt like a V.I.P. Certain staff went above & beyond to sort out a minor problem with paperwork and it was resolved extremely quickly.

My private room was clean and lovely and the ward was so calm and peaceful - unlike my previous general hospital experience! Oh, and let's not forget....compliments to the chef. The food was amazing!!!

My consultant and anaesthetist listened to all my concerns and acted upon them. I had the best anaesthetic experience I have ever had and an very pleased with the outcome of the operation as it has improved the quality of my daily life.

My recovery and aftercare was also top notch.

I am very pleased with everything about my experience and certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claremont hospital, or to return if ever I have a future need.
