When I arrived I got told to wait by the receptionist then they asked me what was wrong so with no privacy I replied saying I was loosing my baby, I thought they were very rude and had no compassion asking me what symptoms I had who even asks someone that when they are loosing their baby.
I was asked to take a seat and got left for half hour in pain before someone sore me bearing in mind I’m loosing my baby.
The nurse asked me to do a water sample, again I thought they had no compassion at all and were rude. The test they took was negative so they couldn’t send me up to Branston ward I went on to say well of course it’s going to be negative I’m loosing my baby, they replied saying it would still be positive. My mother spoke to Branston ward and they said it would be negative because it’s an early pregnancy and my baby probably died a few days ago so the hormone level would drop straight away.
I got told I would have to wait three to four hours for a doctor to see me for them to turn around and say the same thing.
I ended up leaving a and e because I felt like I was treated poorly I’m not very happy with the service I was provided with. This has happened to me before.
