"Staff commented in a way I could understand fully"

About: Queen Marys Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as a service user),

My respiratory visits (for COPD) at the clinic were enlightening to say the least.

The staff were very professional and caring, they listened to what I had to say and commented in a way I could understand fully.

I would recommend anyone who has breathing problems such as mine to talk to their GP for a consultation with the team.

Keep up the good work.
