"Waiting to hear back about booking an appointment"

(as a parent/guardian),

I have called Bromley Health visitors team at the end of November 2017 to enquire about my son's 1 year old health check review. To date I haven't heard from anyone or receive any letter regarding an appointment for my son s health check! The person I spoke to said she would pass on the message and that someone would ring me back. Couple of days later I rang again same story. My son is past 13 months old now! I am not happy that nobody is getting in touch. Where do I go/who do I get in touch with/who does the health checks? I need answers...

This is unacceptable that at this date nobody called me back!
