"I am still waiting for an appointment aftera..."

am still waiting for an appointment after a second referral for orthodontics work.

I was referred by my dentist from the Imperial University initially in February 2017 and again in September 2017.

I have gum problem measured to meet the criteria for referring fo orthodontics help from a tertiary dental specialist.

I asked to be sent an email as posted mail annot be reliably received.

I also left my telephone number.

I was asked for another referral because I had not responded when I had not responded to the first letter from the Eastman.
