"Rudeness"

The doctor was rude as soon as we entered, explained that the inhaler being used wasn’t helping and that a different one was needed - he spoke down to the patient and gave her a lecture about needing her inhaler at all times when she thought she had it with her and had explained it wasn’t working. He then proceeded to prescribe the exact same inhaler and when told that wasn’t what she needed he became annoyed and said we didn’t understand how the system worked. Felt like he just wanted to give us anything just to get us out of the office. He treated us like we were stupid and made the patient feel like she wasn’t valid. Very unhappy with this treatment. Ended up leaving with nothing after waiting nearly 2 hours.
