"Reception staff have attitude problems"

About: St Thomas' Hospital / Maternity care

I visited the EPU after bleeding but not suffering a miscarriage and I avoided going back there again

As soon as you walk in a lady with a face like she hates the job greets you what’s the problem ok take a sample and fill out the form

NEXT

I think it’s disgusting we are Pateints whom are extresmly worried of a loss of their child the last thing I want to feel is as if I’m in a school canteen

Re consider the staff on reception I would never recommend going here if you don’t know working there you should quit

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with reception staff at the unit. We would like to apologise that you were not greeted in the friendly and sensitive manner that we expect from Reception staff working in the unit. We will talk with the teams about the importance of welcoming women more appropriately during what is a difficult and worrying time.
