"Second to none"

I attended an appointment at Day surgery for a procedure and was very apprehensive and nervous. 

Given the siginificant pressures on the site, staff were very friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at ease.

I was called through an hour after my appointment time and I was registered and taken with nurse and my procedure was over and was discharged 25 minutes later.

I would commende the staff given the significant and current pressures today.

I was made to feel at ease and from a patient point of view, the service I received was second to none.
