(as a service user),

I got put on list for a left knee replacement in may 2017. still waiting January 2018. I am now 34 weeks on waiting list mgs Lanarkshire. I have had my msp and mp involved. wrote to Scottish Government got a half hearted response. Ive phoned senior staff but they always seem too busy or in a meeting.
