I have been attending the clinic for around 8 months.
I had no idea what Rheumatoid Arthritis was except that it was painful!
On entering the dept it is far from gloomy. The colleagues working there are brilliant. Never 'turn their nose up' at you or look down their noses. The atmosphere is so friendly you are always greeted with a smile. The nurses take time to talk to you and Dr Edwards is so great. Nothing is too much trouble.
You receive call backs as promised. Kept up to date with events. Blood forms arrive when needed and minds put at rest when something crops up
Thank you all so much for everything you do to support us.
At this busy time it is easy to bash the NHS and QA hospital but you are fantastic just as you were when my husband was in a few years ago with pneumonia
Thank you!!!😀😄
