"Caring professional staff"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary / General Medicine

My 92 year old dad has spent time on EAU , wards 8 and 9 over the last couple of months. I can honestly say the care was fantastic from the medical staff, nurses physiotherapists. Speech and language , ward assistants. Everyone we came across was caring, friendly and professional . My fathers care was well coordinated to give the best outcome possible for him from a multidisciplinary team. Thank you

My only comment for improvement would be pillows on the trolley in A and E for patient comfort whilst awaiting admission to a ward .
