im currently being visited be the crisis team twice a week. I think they are a good idea just to make sure im ok! but when they come to my house i have to be honest i will tell them how my moods have been but when they are there i put on an act! Can they not see this? people are coming to my house and i suppose it feels like in a way judging they probably are not but thats the way it feels. I feel its really intimadating with 2 people and they are not always the same people! Please dont get me wrong they are lovley people and they are caring but maybe they need to try and look through the act as then they will see the smile isnt a smile! Under neath the smile is a person crying out for help! And slowly giving up! I feel that they always leave with a smile on their faces because they can not see under the act. I know i have to open up and try and talk but when i have i see confused looks on their faces!!!!
