I'd been bitten by a cat, A& E saw me first, and then the Surgical Assessment Unit Ward 15 twice in four hours to be treated. The SAU team in particular were fabulous, I felt they were taking my injury very seriously with my care as very important. It never felt rushed and they did everything they could to make me feel I was in the best care possible.
